To correct your political status it is recommended you contact The Nebraska Assembly Coordinator.  Changing your political status, is a challenging new experience!  Changing your political status to become an American once again, is exciting and the way it should have been from your birth, in our country.  A change in your status will help us change our government back to what it should have been all along.  It is much needed, yearned for, and necessary for our survival as Americans, which is what drives us and causes us to continue to pursue RESTORING OUR LAWFUL GOVERNMENT! 

 

We want and need, many people to help us in this effort.  In order to help, we need people to do their paperwork, change their status, and come help us, in our work.  However, we know that changing your status is a choice and the right of all Americans.  There is no obligation, upon anyone to join The Nebraska Assembly or choose to work at the restoration of our lawful government.  That is strictly your choice, and should you choose to do your paperwork, that will qualify you to help in this work.  There are obligations that adhere to that decision.

 

To be in The Nebraska Assembly, no matter the paperwork, everything must go through the Nebraska State Coordinator and State Recording Secretary.  If you have paperwork from the Global Family Bank or another state and would like to join The Nebraska Assembly, you will need to submit your paperwork to the Nebraska State Coordinator for processing and approval.  (This requires your ID, birth certificate, Two Witness Statements at a minimum, as well as the recording and publishing fee.)

 

There are several questions, to answer BEFORE doing any paperwork:

1.  Do you want to be a free American, as your birthright brings, with no obligations other than to keep the peace and uphold the public (common) law?

​

2.  Do you desire the freedom, you are due, but feel the duty, to help in the restoration process?

​

3.  Do you desire your freedom, want to help in the restoration, AND offer your time, talents, and rescources, by possibly holding an office in the Assembly, being a Juror, or a committee member on one of our many committees?

​

Each of the answers, bears additional documentation, to be completed, as the level of responsibility increases.

 

OPTIONS FOR COMPLETING YOUR PAPERWORK:

1.  Set up a free account on the Land Recording Office (LRO), which is where your recorded and published documents will be stored on the Public Record, at members.americanstatenationals.us/members

​

2.  Contact the Nebraska State Recording Secretary, at:  ne_asn_paperwork@yahoo.com

​

There is a $30 Recording Fee and a $30 Publishing Fee, charged and paid, in cash, to The Nebraska Assembly, at the time of your Recording and Publishing.

Let us know, which option you would like to pursue, for completing your paperwork.  There is always help available to you.

If you initially, seek only the freedom offered in answer to question 1, then you need only compete your basic documents to change your status.

**Forms in response to Question 1 above - 1779 Declartion (One-Pager)

1.  The appropriate 1779 Declaration

​

2.  Two (2) Witness Testimonies, from people that have known you for at least 7 years.  (1 copy testimony from two (2) different people).

​

3.  Your certified Birth Certificate and your current Photo ID.

​

**Forms in response to Questions 2 & 3 above - 928 Bundle / Additional

If you desire to help in the restoration, in answer to questions 2 & 3 above, you will do the 1779 Declaration and paperwork, above, as well as the 928 Bundle and/or the Additional Documents for any paperwork you desire, it is sure you will have questions, so feel free to email us, with those questions and we will guide you along the way.

Please confirm that you want to do the full 928 package, the 1779 is part of that package.  The way that it works is as follows...

All you need to complete, and file is your 1779 and two witness statements.

To bring you back to the Land and Soil Jurisdiction.

Declaration of the Naturalization Act of July 1779 and two witness forms.

You are now an ASN, Once your paperwork has been verified, sealed and published.

​If you would like to do more, we recommend the 928 Bundle, which includes the 1779.  The 928 will fully immerse you in the American State National world.  It will be your Declaration of Political Status, Voter Revocation, Deed of Re-Conveyance, Certificate of Assumed Name, Act of Expatriations (for all names), Cancelation of All Prior Power of Attorneys, Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act, DNA Paramount Claim, Military Severance Letter (if applicable), Common Carry Document, Marriage Paperwork (if applicable), Baby Deed (if applicable), Diagram of Fraud, Fee Schedule and Notice Letters (both Federal and State).

The cost for the paperwork (paid in CASH) is $30 to record, $30 to publish, $13 for Priority Mail to The Nebraska Assembly State Recording Secretary (if not done in person) (stamp, seal, and publishing is done at this time), $13 for Priority Mail from the Secretary back to you (this is the cost EVERY time you file be it 1 piece of paper or 30, which is why we try to get all of your paperwork done in one sitting, to save you money and time).  The Nebraska Assembly has a person who will produce your paperwork and notarize for you for $30 for a single name, for each additional name add $5.  (Example:  married twice and have penname would be $15 for a total of $45).  The benefit of this service is you will know your paperwork has been created, signed and sealed correctly, IF mistakes are made they can be corrected at the signing, saving everyone time and you money.

If you have not already done so you need to open an LRO account.  This is where all your documents will be recorded and published.  You are under NO OBLIGATION with opening an account with the LRO, and there is no cost involved.
