Correct Your Status

Correcting your political status is a critical first step to regaining your freedom, upholding your rights and rebutting any presumptions made about you, by the de-facto government. The following links provide more information on how to correct your political status, as well as access to template forms and instructions. We want to see as many Nebraskans as possible, return home to the land and soil jurisdiction. This service is provided by The American States Assembly and The Nebraska Assembly.

To correct your political status it is recommended you contact The Nebraska Assembly Coordinator. The coordinator will walk you through the steps of correcting your status. If you are ready to start the paperwork process you can contact The Nebraska Assembly Recording Secretary and they will get you the correct forms filled out with the information that you wish to record and publish. This is the easiest way to ensure that your documents are done correctly with the correct verbage, borders and have your documents done quickly.
